Yolanda Dunn was my friendly service advisor who greeted me promptly at my scheduled appointment time of 7:30 am at Scott Robinson Chrystler Service Center. I appreciated her thorough inquiry of my service needs and realistic expectations for completion. I just wish my car would have been washed as was part of the service package I purchased.

HELPFUL TIP TO GRAND CHEROKEE SHOPPERSI'm giving it 4 stars so hopefully more people will immediately see this, This Dealership deserves 1 star. I leased a Grand Cherokee Altitude from Scott Robinson a few years ago, I loved the car but did not have the best sales experience.
