I worked with JT and we were able to negotiate a price that was agreeable before I drove down to the Dealer, he made the buying process very easy, he also got me all setup on the RAM app. The finance manager Pete was very helpful and walked me thru the process with no hiccups. As a Bonus buying from Scott Robinson getting the lifetime limited power train warranty is a plus.

Great Service
The service appointment available was 1 month out. I have called the service department and mentioned that my passenger side headlight is out and I need the bulb replaced. They took my vehicle in on the same day and replaced the bulb. Awesome service!
I was very impressed with Rishi Kapoor. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Plus my oil change only took 15 minutes.
This was great. I did not have to wait long to get my oil changed and the helped me replace a headlamp which had been out for awhile. I was in and out with the additional work in less then an hour.

The customer service was super helpful in helping me. I felt as if I was informed about their products.
We showed up to Scott Robinson Jeep Dealership on a Friday evening. John greeted us immediately as we were looking around the lot. We test drove a couple of Jeeps. John was very knowledgeable and when I told him what I was looking for, he knew exactly what cars to show me. The process was fairly quick. Pete was the icing on the cake with his straight forward approach which set me at ease. I am very happy with the dealership, our salesman, John, our finance guy Pete, and most of all, our new Jeep!!

I walked out to my car in the morning and discovered a flat tire. AAA put on my spare (the little donut tire). I didn’t trust it so I wanted to get it fixed ASAP!!! I went in for 1 tire and discovered I needed all 4. Got a great deal! They needed to order the tires so they gave me a loaner for the day. By late afternoon the tires were in, put on my car and I was ready to go. Service and all of the people were fantastic!! Thank you

The sales rep we had was through a Costco auto program, I have not-so-pleasant experience with sales rep from other places before, but this sales rep at Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was not pushy, he explained all costs up front in details.
